What this covers

This page covers the Athena marketing website only. The Athena platform itself, meaning the player app, the coach dashboard and the club data inside it, is governed by the agreement a club signs and by the privacy notice issued with it.

What we collect

• Anything you type into the demo form: your name, your club, your role, your email address, an optional phone number, and whatever you write in the message.
• Ordinary technical information your browser sends when it loads a page, such as an IP address and a user agent, which the hosting provider records.

There are no advertising trackers on this site and no cookies are set by it.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, to arrange a demo, and to keep a record of the conversation. That is a legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send.

Who else sees it

The form is delivered by an email service provider and the site is served by a hosting provider. Neither uses the contents for anything other than delivering it. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
